Policy Description: 

Encourage Crime Prevention Through Environmental Design (CPTED) by employing design techniques and effective use of the built and natural environment to help reduce crime, reduce fear of crime, and improve overall quality of life. Incorporate concepts including natural surveillance and access control, territorial reinforcement, property maintenance and street activity.
